Review:When you first see the game it might seem that is as easy as 2+2. But you'll definitely change your opinion once you lose the first game. Yahtzee is not simply a dice rolling game, it actually needs your thinking, it makes you think over the strategies.
But first, let's see what is the objective. The game is available in 3 modes: the classical one, the triple Yahtzee and the power Yahtzee. The first two don't differ much. You roll the dice 3 times, searching for the best combinations: 4 of a kind, the full house, Yahtzee (5 of a kind), and etc. Then move the cursor over a box (in the table to your right) and see how many points you could receive for your roll. When the roll is not very successful, you still have to enter the score.
Unfortunately you must fill in a box on each turn. The rules of the triple Yahtzee are identical. The only difference is that there are 3 columns instead of 1. The second box multiplies the score by 2, and the third one - by 3. The power Yahtzee mode offers power-ups which may either help you win or hinder your opponent. "Helping hand" will make best decisions for you, and if you use "Confusion" the opponent will not be able to see the correct dice faces. Keep in mind that these powers may also be used against you! Besides, you need to be very attentive when looking at your dice. Some combinations are really easy to see, others - are not so obvious.
Download Yahtzee and you'll become the best strategist in no time! Watch out, though, your opponents are tough guys!
