Review:Collect all the underwater treasures in this fast-moving brick-breaking arcade. True fans of this genre will be fully satisfied, as the game has all essential parts of the good old break-breaking fun. As usual, there are simple blocks that are destroyed by one hit of any ball and all kinds of "not simple" blocks, such as: unbreakable, explosive, mine, rocket and rail blocks. The treasures, in their turn, are also silver, gold and gems. Obviously, the larger the chest the more treasure it contains. As one would expect, you can also chose one of the three levels of difficulty.
And, of course, bonuses. The creators were not original making extra life, barrier, super ball, slow down and speed up bonuses, increasing and decreasing bat and so on according to the list. Useful and "bad" bonuses are correspondingly green and red (but I guess this information is only for the brick-breaking freshmen).
Naturally, the Treasures of the Deep is not the first 3-D breakout game, nor it is the first game with underwater design. But as you navigate through 112 undersea levels, the blocks are put together in a more complicated way, forming fortresses and giant rotating structures. It's easy to lose sight of the ball (especially a triple one), because the action gets quite crazy at times.
I can't say that there is something too unique as far as graphics and sound are concerned, but the game is sure to tie you to the chair for quite a period of time. There is something about these brick-breaking games. They are so addicting that you cannot but play, and play, and play them!
